Biography

Cosmic Inversion is an epic blend of classic Jam band influences with a truly original sound. Often described as the “San Francisco” sound. It’s danceable and great for just chillin’ out too.

Formed by Brian Alexander, a long term Taiwan resident, Cosmic Inversion wants everyone up on their toes, dancing and smiling, and opening their hearts and minds to the Cosmic Possibilities in music and within.

The Universe is Upside Down. In the tradition of American “Jam Bands”, Cosmic Inversion brings the jam band scene to Taiwan with a unique psychedellic blend.

It’s a “Cosmic Inversion” to the infinite degree. We take any style of music to the Cosmic Ether, in true Jam Band style. We play mostly original tunes, and few kickin’ covers.

Sounds like the Grateful Dead sometimes, Phish the other, Widespread Panic at times, a bitta Pink Floyd for good measure, crossing over into space rock, World Jamz, etc
