來自日本的兩位音樂家，山尾麻耶（三味線及胡弓演奏家）與 山㟁直人（打擊樂音樂家）首次訪台，將帶領聽眾穿梭現在、過去與未來，展開一趟前所未有的時空之旅。同場還有台灣的鋼琴家李世揚加入，2013年他在巴黎與山㟁直人首次共演，山㟁直人的擊樂表現呈現多變的聲響色彩與獨特的個人美學。這場看似全為東方音樂家的組合，又將激盪出不同的火花。歡迎愛樂者來體驗即興音樂世界的種種思維。

Japanese shamisen / kokyu player Maya Yamao and drummer / percussionist Naoto Yamagishi’s music is goes back and forth between the present, the past and the future, taking you to the unprecedented space-time journey.

山㟁直人 Naoto Yamagishi ..
Drummer and percussionist, born in Saitama, Japan.
Naoto is in search of music before its word and concept were formally defined. A music free from formal constraints, travelling between places with flowing motions and sounds initiating from nature and daily life – its rhythms, sonority and space.
Naoto started drumming at the age of 13 and studied under Takuya Abe in Japan.
He collaborates with various artists regardless of genres – musicians, dancers, poets, photographers, calligraphers, Ikebana the Japanese flower arrangement artist and media artists – from Japan and overseas.
His major projects include ‘Shoju-Sennenno-Midori’ (松樹千年翠) with a Japanese calligrapher Setsuhi Shiraishi, an Ikebana flower arrangement artist Oshun Tsukagoshi and Biwa player Rie Fujitaka, ‘En Route’ with a painter Akiko Ueda, and usva with Lauri Hyvärinen & JoneTakamäki (Finland) and more.

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts.
Master of Traditional Japanese Music.
While pursuing classical works, also having interest in contemporary performance with various musicians, dancers and actors.
