The Andy Jaffe Sextet

“Pianist, composer, bandleader and renowned professor and author Andy Jaffe has recently begun leading his famed small ensembles in Taipei. The Andy Jaffe Septet features some of the best players in Taiwan. The ensemble features a driving New York style of mainstream jazz from Jaffe’s extensive repertoire of original compositions from such recordings as “Manhattan Projections” (with Branford Marsalis) and his other CDs which include players like John Clark on French Horn, Freddie Bryant on Guitar and the late Wallace Roney on Trumpet.”
