Sean Pentland has toured extensively in Europe, appearing there with many acclaimed musicians such as Jerry Bergonzi, Don Braden, Jim Snidero, Johannes Enders Tine Schneider, Malcolm Braff, and also across the UK with some Britain’s finest such as Kit Downes, Brian Kellock, and Tina May. Sean received his degree in 2007 from the prestigious New England Conservatory, where he studied with Dave Holland, Cecil McBee, John Lockwood, George Garzone, Jerry Bergonzi, John McNeil and many other giants of jazz. He has been actively performing in Seoul and across South Korea since 2013 and works there with local and visiting artists such as Jim Snidero, Sullivan Fortner, Jiyoung Lee, Danny Grissett, Maria Kim, Damon Brown, and The Resonance Trio, which perform his own compositions.

The trio this evening will be performing a mix of jazz standards twisted their way, Andrew’s compositions, and some crowd bantering thrown in.
