With a professional career dating back to 1999 in his home town of Barcelona, DJ Zulu is one of the most versatile and knowledgeable music selectors in the region. His recent activity is focused in Taiwan. There he strives to make it funky anywhere there is good taste and a crowd looking to burn up their dancing shoes.

Zulu is the founder and leader of the Timeless Grooves Collective, a project simultaneously developed in the cities of Barcelona (Spain), New York (USA) and Taipei (Taiwan), dedicated to broadcast the best black music of all times. He is a serious vinyl collector and crate digger for almost 20 years, specialized in afroamerican music: jazz, soul, funk, afrolatin sounds & disco. He played in clubs and radio shows during the acid jazz & rare groove era in the late 90s and joined the deep funk scene in the early 2000s, serving his funky grooves around many different cities from Europe (Spain, France, Italy) to Asia (Taiwan, Macau, Japan) as a guest DJ in multiple events. He also shared decks with  legendary DJs like Turmix (official DJ for Fania Records, USA), Vadim (Ninja Tune, Jazz Fudge, UK), Taizo Taniguchi (Hit the Spot!, Faboulous Vibrations, Japan), Marcos Juandó (Powder Room, Café Royale, Spain), Luis Soulful (Soulful Torino Records) and many others.
