JAPWAN – Project Across The Ocean Pacific is a project based on the musical cooperation between the hip hop/fusion/jazz musicians in Japan and Taiwan. This project will present and share our favorite music in the style of jazz hip hop.

Lee and Wei Chin Chang are both professional musicians in Taiwan. For more than 4 years, Lee had played guitar in the best jazz hip hop group -LEO37/SOSS band. Wei Chin Chang has his own group playing music of soul , funk, R&B (Jil Scott etc).

Atsushi, Hiroyuki , Takuya are center members and musicians of one the biggest Hip Hop Event in Japan, cooperating with many Japanese hip hop artists.

In JAPWAN project , we will present many popular songs of Robert Glasper , M.J. , Herbie Hancock etc.
