Hideto(John) Nakayama 中山豪人– Piano

 

He was born in Kasama city,Ibaraki province in Japan and after graduated from university, and work as a full timer for a while, he moved to Tokyo and enrolled An school of Music.

He learned Jazz Piano with Yoshinori Kaketa, Music Theory with Tan Inoue. at the same time He started carrier as a professional musician around Tokyo. and have been pursuing own style after he graduated from school.

 

He plays Solo piano at hotel or bar around Tokyo, also join many bands and session as a piano/keyboardist.

at 2014, he released his own Album John Nakayama Trio [JNT] , with Metsugi Takayuki(dr) and Takahiro Hosoya (ba) , even piano trio, it sounds Post Rock , and mixed up with a lot of style of music and get high rated in Japanese Jazz Scene.

 

also He joined Club Jazz Band called Primo&The Groupe. and released many Album with famous guest such as Kylie Auldist from The Bamboos.

also join band Digda, The Silent Minority and play around.

 

Shinri Tanaka 田中真理–Guitar

 

start playing guitar at the age of 15, having interest to Black Music during he studies at university.

also help writing for music magazine about Blues Guitar.

and at the senior of university, start studying Guitar with Koichi Yabori(矢掘孝一) , and got strong influence from him and Pat Metheny.

And then, He got Asian Scholarship Award for Berklee College of Music.

studied guitar with Mick Goodrick,Jim Kelly, Etc,,, also studied jazz improvisation with Hal Crook.

and played music around Boston.

w/ Barry Rise (Tp, ex Steve Swallow group) , Darren Barrett(Tp , ex Elvin Jones group,Andre Heyward,Kendrick Scott, etc,,,

after came back to Japan, He recorded and Live with famous pop musician , also playing Jazz around Tokyo Area.

 

経歴：15歳よりギターを始め,大学時代はブラックミュージック等に興味を持つ。ブルースギターの小出斉氏の連載も手伝っていた。当時はウェスやジョーパスを自己流でコピーしていたが,大学四年時に矢堀幸一氏に師事し,当時,色々と強く影響を受ける。とりわけパットメセニーに強く惹かれ,渡米を志す。その後アジアン スカラシップ アワード に輝き,バークリー音楽大学入学。ミック・ グッドリック,ジム ・ケリー,ブルース ・バートレットなどに師事。ジャズ インプロビゼイションをハル ・クルックに師事。在学中より近郊で演奏活動を開始2002年卒業後帰国。バリー ・ライズ（Tp:スティーブ ・スワロー グループ）ダレン ・ バレット（Tp:エルビン ・ジョーンズ）アンドレ ・ ヘイワード（Tb:ウィントン ・マルサリス）ケンドリック ・スコット（Dr:クルセイダーズ）等。国内でも,HITOMIなどのレコーディングといったポピュラー ミュージックやブラジル ・ミュージック(ボサノバ等）,JAZZと様々なジャンルや多様な場所で活動中。
