Originally from Australia, Steve Smith is currently living in Taipei with his family. Steve studied music in Sydney and Tel Aviv, Israel and played the pub rock scene in Canberra for a few years.
Since arriving in Taipei he has shifted his focus to jazz regularly attending jam nights at his favourite club Sappho developing his chops. Now playing regularly in Taipei with a trio featuring Brian Alexander on double bass, 蘇銳 on drums.
